Following the theft of Ylucklucu and Volken’s apparent betrayal everyone at Bantorra begins to question his motives and his character. Mirepoch has been particularly affected by her friend’s actions and seeks solace in the books of the lower libraries. Meanwhile, Norotei is dispatched to recover Lumion’s book which has gone missing from the Toatt Mine.
