Arrogant baseball star Frank Newhouse hires Sydney to find the magical glove of former baseball great Jimmy Jonesboro, stolen more than 50 years ago. Sydney and Nigel track the glove to the sewers of pre-Revolutionary war Boston, while unwittingly being tailed by Sydney’s former rival, Kurt Reiner.
